What are some ways I can cut back on sugar?
It is pretty unavoidable most of the time for us to have fast food for dinner.
So What can I get from a fast food place to drink instead of soda (is the water safe?)
Also how much sugar is in the salads.
Also general non fast food related tips are apreciated, thank you.
Cut out sugar in cooking and in tea/coffee etc for a start. Drink tap water which should contain no sugar. Why do you have to eat fast food all the time anyway? It is much cheaper and healthier to cook at home. Then you know what you are getting. If you make salad at home, you can do lettuce, cucumber, grated carrot, chopped apple, raisins, satsuma, spring onion, sliced tomato, fresh herbs form the garden or window box and a low cal dressing if you feel you need it.
Otherwise, if your aim is to lose weight, cut back on portions and exercise.
