Any info on this great 9-11 documentary?

I saw a documentary on 9-11 last night that blew me away. It was originally to be a man who was an entering trainee at a firehouse in NYC. His french/canadian(?) brother was shooting it for a documentary of how a boy became a man who becomes a fireman.
Then 9-11 happened and they caught is all on tape. I do not recall the station, but I do remember it was 8-9:30 CST without commercials. Does anyone know more about it? I want to buy a copy.
