Have you noticed that all of the youtubers with like a million hits such as, Venetian Princess, Nigahiga, Fred, and Smosh have THE BEST quality, effects in their videos. And most of the unnotticed crappy videos have HORRIBLE quality and fuzzy sound. Well I want to know how to make A GREAT video and to tape it the way smosh or any of the names I listed so I can get a million hits (Don't tell me to use a green screen, those cost A LOT of money and I'm not venetian princess also please don't say any comments to put me down, I want to do this and no one can stop me, and if you do i'll report you Sorry.
Looking at Venetian Princess' videos I don't see anything special about the video footage itself, but she's very good at editing it. Rather than shooting a load of video and then cobbling something together she's obviously put a lot of effort into working out what she wants to end up with and then she's worked backwards to plan how she's going to achieve it. She must have put a lot of time and effort into learning how to use a camera, how to light a shot, get decent audio and then how to use at least a prosumer level video editor. That would be a good place to start.
